On Thursday, 21 May 2015, in the afternoon at 16:25, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Šeduvos g st–Vadaktai–Krekenava regional road (kilometre 0.98), an Audi 80 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
