On Tuesday, 14 July 2015, in the evening at 20:38, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžio aplinkkelis main road (kilometre 2.53), a DAF FAR XF 105 registered in Latvia ran off the road. One person died — the 58-year-old driver of the DAF (was not wearing a seatbelt). The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
