On Monday, 13 July 2015, at night at 23:24, in Kėdainių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 136), a Volkswagen Passat hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (12 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
