On Saturday, 12 September 2015, in the evening at 19:30, in Druskininkų municipality, on Veisiejų street near No. 10, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Multivan and a Volvo S60. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (38 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to keep a safe distance.
