On Monday, 12 October 2015, in the evening at around 20:00, in Druskininkų municipality, on Gardino g. near No. 36, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Seat Toledo. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Audi, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 30 km/h.
