On Wednesday, 14 October 2015, at night at 1:01, in Biržų district municipality, on the Kupiškis–Vabalninkas–Biržai national road (kilometre 41.50), a Renault Megane rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.03‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
