On Tuesday, 20 October 2015, in the evening at 17:57, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Išorai–Užusaliai–Būdos regional road (kilometre 6.69), a Mazda Protege rolled over. Two people were injured — the 16-year-old driver of the Mazda (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt) and a 13-year-old passenger of the Mazda (hospitalized, was not wearing a seatbelt). The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Mazda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
