On Friday, 20 November 2015, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kaunas, on J. Pabrėžos street near No. 1A, an Opel Vectra hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Opel (9 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.87‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
