On Saturday, 23 January 2016, in the evening at 20:05, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Bukonys–Upninkai–Keižonys regional road (kilometre 22), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and a Toyota Avensis Verso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 25-year-old driver of the Audi (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed.
