On Wednesday, 3 February 2016, in the afternoon at 12:18, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 50.83), a Volkswagen Transporter ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 56-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (14 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed.
