On Friday, 12 February 2016, in the evening at 19:34, in Kupiškio district municipality, on the Kupiškis–Utena national road (kilometre 4.90), an Audi hit an animal. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene.
