On Sunday, 14 February 2016, in the afternoon at 13:48, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Ukmergė–Petronys–Tulpiakiemis–Pagiriai regional road (kilometre 21.30), an Audi 80 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Audi (3 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He refused a sobriety test.
