On Friday, 26 February 2016, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Kovo 11-osios street near No. 26, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320D and a Ford Fiesta. One person was injured — the 29-year-old driver of the Ford (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the BMW (22 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
