On Wednesday, 9 March 2016, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Radviliškio district municipality, Aukštelkų village, on Mažaičių street near No. 27, a Volkswagen Golf rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 16-year-old driver of the Volkswagen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
