On Sunday, 20 March 2016, in the evening at 21:15, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. near No. 49, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a BMW 525 TDS and a Mercedes-Benz E250. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the BMW, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
