On Monday, 28 March 2016, in the morning at 6:30, in Klaipėda, on Rimkų street, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and a Renault Megane Scenic. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Opel (2 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations, failed to choose a safe speed, fell asleep at the wheel and entered the oncoming traffic lane.
