On Friday, 1 April 2016, in the afternoon at 16:55, in Vilkaviškio district municipality, Vokiškėlių village, on Žemdirbių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a BMW 320 and an Audi A6. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
