On Saturday, 9 April 2016, in the afternoon at around 12:00, in Kaunas, on Karaliaus Mindaugo pr. near No. 49, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V50 and a Toyota Yaris. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 37-year-old driver of the Volvo (7 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
