On Wednesday, 25 May 2016, in the evening at 19:04, in Elektrėnų municipality, on Kauno street near No. 26, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Krone SDP27 and a Renault Premium 440. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Krone (27 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
