On Friday, 3 June 2016, in the afternoon at 15:07, in Vilnius, on Nemenčinės pl., at the junction with Karačiūnų street, a BMW 316 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 14-year-old driver of the BMW, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
