On Friday, 10 June 2016, in the evening at 18:46, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Vilnius–Panevėžys (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 97.05), a Toyota RAV4 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Toyota (14 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
