On Tuesday, 23 August 2016, in the afternoon at 12:45, in Jonavos district municipality, on the Kaunas–Zarasai–Daugpilis main road (kilometre 17.90), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The accident was caused by the 27-year-old driver of the Peugeot (1 year of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
