On Thursday, 25 August 2016, in the evening at 19:45, in Molėtų district municipality, on the Stacijava–Skudutiškis–Kaniūkai regional road (kilometre 14.57), a Nissan Terrano rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Nissan, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.77‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
