On Monday, 12 September 2016, in the evening at 18:12, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Pandėlys–Kazliškėlis regional road (kilometre 7.51), a Seat Ibiza ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 20-year-old driver of the Seat, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence. The driver was sober.
