On Thursday, 29 September 2016, in the afternoon at 16:48, in Rokiškio district municipality, on the Pagrundžiai–Bajoriškiai–Robliai regional road (kilometre 7), a Renault Laguna rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 68-year-old driver of the Renault, who exceeded the speed set by traffic rules or road signs and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.08‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
