On Friday, 14 October 2016, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Kaunas, on Radvilėnų pl. near No. 32, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Renault Megane and a Seat Leon. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 86-year-old driver of the Renault (65 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
