On Friday, 21 October 2016, in the afternoon at 14:23, in Klaipėda, on Perkėlos street near No. 10, a DAF hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the DAF (14 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.81‰ blood alcohol).
