On Tuesday, 15 November 2016, at night at 4:10, in Kaišiadorių district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 83.10), a DAF FT XF105.460 rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the DAF (20 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
