On Wednesday, 28 December 2016, in the morning at 6:15, in Panevėžys, on J. Tilvyčio street, at the junction with T.Vidugirio street, a Citroen Berlingo rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was overcast, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
