On Monday, 6 February 2017, in the afternoon at 13:20, in Kaunas, on Europos pr. near No. 112, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Transporter, a Domantas and a Renault Laguna. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 34-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (7 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was snowing, the road surface was icy. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
