On Wednesday, 5 April 2017, in the evening at 19:50, in Kaunas, on Vaidoto street near No. 159, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Opel Vectra and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 59-year-old driver of the Opel (41 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
