On Friday, 21 April 2017, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Klaipėdos district municipality, Vainotiškės village, on Vainotiškės street, a Nissan Navara ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Nissan (25 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. The driver was sober.
