On Saturday, 6 May 2017, in the evening at around 20:00, in Vilniaus district municipality, Kalvelių village, on Dainavos street, at the junction with Pempių street, an Audi 100 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Audi (10 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.47‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
