On Tuesday, 9 May 2017, in the morning at 10:32, in Alytaus district municipality, Muiželėnų village, on Centrinė street, at the junction with Tiesioji street, a vehicle hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 57-year-old pedestrian (hospitalized). The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations and failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. He fled the scene.
