On Saturday, 3 June 2017, in the afternoon at 16:30, in Utenos district municipality, on the Utena–Pilveliai–Užpaliai regional road (kilometre 9.65), a Renault Megane Scenic rolled over. Two people were injured — a 0-year-old passenger of the Renault (hospitalized) and a 19-year-old passenger of the Renault (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Renault, who failed to choose a safe speed. He had no driving licence.
