On Thursday, 6 July 2017, in the afternoon at 16:57, in Šalčininkų district municipality, Naujasodžio village, on the Jašiūnai–Turgeliai–Tabariškės regional road (kilometre 0.30), a BMW 535 D hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by a 55-year-old pedestrian. She refused a sobriety test and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
