On Thursday, 13 July 2017, in the morning at around 9:00, in Zarasų district municipality, Padusčio village, on the Antalieptė–Zabičiūnai–Vasaknos regional road (kilometre 2), a Volkswagen Golf rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by an unidentified person, who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 70 km/h.
