On Saturday, 29 July 2017, at night at 1:52, in Biržų district municipality, Latvelių village, on Girios street near No. 6, an Opel Vectra hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Opel. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. The driver was sober.
