On Monday, 14 August 2017, in the morning at 7:30, in Rietavo municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 256.50), a DAF FT XF105.460 registered in Belarus hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the DAF (24 years of driving experience). The driver was sober.
