On Sunday, 3 September 2017, in the morning at 7:33, in Vilnius, on Valakupių street, at the junction with Tumiškių street, a BMW hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the BMW (less than a year of driving experience). He fled the scene. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was raining, the road surface was wet.
