On Monday, 25 September 2017, in the evening at 20:04, in Jonavos district municipality, Bukonių village, on Ukmergės street, at the junction with Parko street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Daelim and an Opel Vectra. Two people were injured — the 13-year-old driver of the Daelim (treated as an outpatient) and a 12-year-old passenger of the Daelim (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 13-year-old driver of the Daelim, who violated warning-signal usage rules. He had no driving licence. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
