On Wednesday, 27 September 2017, in the evening at 17:40, in Prienų district municipality, Rutkiškių village, on Rasų street, at the junction with Sodų street, a Ford Mondeo ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Ford (19 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.92‰ blood alcohol).
