On Tuesday, 17 October 2017, in the morning at around 10:00, in Kaunas, on Savanorių pr. near No. 276, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Skoda Fabia Combi and a Volkswagen Passat. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 62-year-old driver of the Skoda (24 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
