On Friday, 20 October 2017, at night at 0:46, in Elektrėnų municipality, Lazdėnų village, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (k. pusė) main road (kilometre 29), an Alfa Romeo 156 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 39-year-old driver of the Alfa Romeo (19 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations.
