On Thursday, 2 November 2017, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Kaunas, on Jonavos street near No. 3, at the junction with Šauklių street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Polo and a Seat Altea registered in Germany. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (3 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
