On Wednesday, 24 January 2018, in the afternoon at around 15:00, in Vilnius, on Saltoniškių street near No. 9, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volvo S80 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 66-year-old driver of the Volvo (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
