On Thursday, 8 March 2018, in the evening at 20:15, in Raseinių district municipality, Alaviniškių village, on the Viduklė–Gyliai–Šienlaukis regional road (kilometre 2.70), a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved a Volvo V50 and a Volvo. No one was hurt in the accident.
