On Wednesday, 21 March 2018, in the evening at around 18:00, in Kaunas, on Veiverių street near No. 150B, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mitsubishi Space Runner and a Toyota RAV4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 77-year-old driver of the Mitsubishi (48 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
