On Saturday, 31 March 2018, in the afternoon at 16:36, in Elektrėnų municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 53), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Fiat Doblo and a Toyota Yaris. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Fiat, who failed to keep a safe distance.
