On Wednesday, 4 April 2018, in the afternoon at 16:50, in Kauno city municipality, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Sisu, a Scania and a Langendorf registered in Poland. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 42-year-old driver of the Sisu (23 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
